“I am an active, supportive therapist who will tailor the treatment to meet the needs of each person.”

I use a collaborative, strengths-based approach to help individuals improve their health and wellness by working toward specific treatment goals. I have expertise working with adults using cognitive-behavioral techniques and incorporate mindfulness-based and interpersonal approaches. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as mental health issues arising from interpersonal and relationship difficulties, adjustment to life transitions, and physical medical conditions. I am an active, supportive therapist who will tailor the treatment to meet the needs of each person. I explore aspects of cultural identity that are most important to others and incorporate this into the psychotherapeutic work.

I conduct psychotherapy in English and Spanish and am licensed in Washington, D.C. and New York.
