The Wellness Lab
The Wellness Lab is a new monthly series of FREE community workshops designed to help individuals and groups across the DC area build resilience in response to recent adverse events such as large-scale government lay-offs and increases in hate speech and hate crimes.
Hosted by the DC Psychological Wellness Group, this outreach initiative provides a welcoming, supportive space to explore practical and evidence-based strategies for reducing stress, strengthening resilience, and fostering personal and collective wellbeing.
Each workshop will be led by an expert clinical team member or renowned wellness partner who will offer a blend of professional insights, interactive discussions, and applied techniques. These workshops will also focus on skills that can be practiced on your own as well as taught peer-to-peer without reliance upon practitioners.
Join us as we work together to grow stronger, feel more connected, and support one another in meaningful ways.
OUR NEXT EVENT:
The Wellness Lab is on break for the holidays. Our next event in early February will focus on techniques and strategies for managing digital distractions.
