“I help clients negotiate all forms of barriers to creative expression and professional achievement.”

Jill Backfield-Weiss

Over the course of a 26-year career as a licensed clinical psychologist I strive to bring understanding, emotional warmth, and creative insights and solutions to clients in an accepting, non-judgmental therapy environment. My overall goal is to help clients embrace the possibility of change and growth. I have considerable experience working with culturally diverse adults, couples, and families and treat relationship conflicts, unproductive behavior patterns, mood difficulties, addiction, and distress due to longstanding or severe medical conditions. I help clients negotiate all forms of barriers to creative expression and professional achievement. I also have experience conducting neuropsychiatric assessments to aid in the diagnosis of a range of neurological and psychological conditions.
