How Do We Process Payments?

The payment process should be simple and clear for our patients!

Our rate is $225 per 50 minute session. We are in-network for Carefirst and Blue Cross/Blue Shield Cardholders only. Individuals who are on PPO plans with other carriers pay for service up front and their insurance company will mail them a reimbursement check directly. We take care of filing insurance claims on behalf of our out-of-network clients directly so no effort to reclaim reimbursement is needed on their part. Our filing process also ensures faster processing of reimbursements so that clients can recuperate therapy expenses as rapidly as possible (usually 2-4 weeks after a therapy meeting). Most individuals on PPO plans are reimbursed 60-100% of our fees as long as they do not have a deductible that must be met first.
